| Characteristics: | Hilahila is a Kermode, he's one of the few of these North American Black Bears found in the Great Bear Rainforest. Kermodes have a recessive gene that turns their (just their)fur white. They are not related to polar bears, and they are not albino bears. He has golden furred paws(all 4), and golden furred inner thighs/crotch area to under his tail. |
