Began construction at Elliott's Spring Gathering 2009 during head construction panel. No progress for several months. Work began in earnest in September when more materials were ordered. Work proceeded at a frantic pace (during off-work time) for the next two months plus a couple weeks. It got done just in time for MFF 2009.
