Characteristics: | Has a skeletal, conical, beak-like head, framed by a spiny mane. Long claws. Usually moves in an elegant, fluid manner, but prone to bursts of energetic speed. Collects junk and trinkets, which she hangs on the bindings around her waist. |
Notes: | There is a common misconception that Kreek is a bird. Platypuses have beaks, some fish have beaks, but they're not birds, and neither is Kreek! She is a completely invented creature. Fun fact; this creature design originally manifested itself as a male forest spirit named Kroak. It was only when I discovered Clockwork Creature Studios, and Qarrezel's 'Garbonzo' costume, that I conceptualised a more humanoid, feminine creature, and named it Kreek. |
Suit Journal: |
I most recently performed as Kreek at Collectormania in June 2012. The costume still continues to terrify and delight audiences in equal measure.
