I got the chance to make this great suit for an old friend of mine! :iconblaze-collie:
This was an 'artistic liberty' suit with a few guiding rules: 1: Party 2: Neon Colors but not over done 3: Simple to wear 4: Durable for lots of con use And this is what I came up with! Knowing we both like the 90's, I went with the party motif and had a blast.
